Deze beweging krijg je als je joggen combineert met fietsen

Wat beweging betreft is joggen een manier die best een aardige manier kan zijn om aan jouw conditie te werken, maar het heeft wel nadelen. De grootste daarvan is dat het echt heel slecht is voor je gewrichten. En zeker wanneer je gewicht aan de wat hogere kant is worden voeten, enkels en knieeen niet blij van de impact die elke stap op hoge snelheid dan heeft. Maar daar is nu een oplossing voor!


De Glidecycle stelt je in staat te rennen zonder gewrichtsbelasting. Je kan er snelheden van rond de twintig kilometer per uur mee halen, net zoiets als fietsen dus. Met joggen haal je gemiddeld de helft.

We hebben geen Nederlandse importeur kunnen vinden, maar wie weet neemt er iemand stap en kan jij ook fietsglijdend joggen 🙂
